Below are some tips on how to locate your driver when you exit your meeting or building to begin your trip with Automotive Luxury.
To contact us directly please call 212-966-6400 or 1-800-843-8294 for assistance.
- For an office or a street location pickup your driver/chauffeur will have a sign in the curb side window with your name and or your company logo if requested.
- For a residence pickup the chauffeur will announce when he arrives unless your profile specifies different instructions.
- At the airport the chauffeur will meet and greet you at the baggage claim area for domestic flights or outside customs for International flights and will assist you with your baggage.
A curbside pickup can be requested, and we do have many clients that
prefer a departure level meeting. Please call our office from the terminal and we will direct you to the driver.
If for any reason you do not immediately make contact with your driver, please call our customer service desk and we will put you in contact with the chauffeur in minutes.
All of our chauffeurs carry pagers and cell phones. It is highly recommended that we have the passenger’s cell phone as well in case we need to contact you for any reason. Communication is key to your satisfaction.
