Hollywood comes to Broadway Theater in NYC

Hollywood comes to Broadway again this fall.

Had the opportunity to see Jude Law starring in Shakespeare’s three 1/2 hour study on “to be or not to be” -or as you know it-Hamlet.

Tickets hard to come by and a sold out room the night we attended, just last week.

This tour-de-force opens October 6th for a limited run until early December and I would strongly recommend a viewing if you can get tickets, but be prepared for a long night. At just over three hours, it’s not for everyone. (the side pic is not of the actual performance! wink-wink!)

Jude Law is commanding and agile in this role. He truly brings to life what some think are oddly worded phrases, what many Non-Shakespeare aficionado’s can’t relate to, with hand motions and movement. The wit of Shakespeare is also illuminated with his easy and quick comic delivery. Law’s amazing fluidity of movement are so natural, he rises from a cross-legged on the floor posture to upright-speaking without any effort, tossing himself about the stage in many a scene.

Critics have been praising his performance as seen in London and LA. Check out this link for some photos of Mr. Law. If you are into the Huffington Post – this article is interesting. Lots of exposure as can be expected in a Limited Run, even Charlie Rose got into the act interviewing the actor last week on TV and Bloomberg Radio.

So if you’re looking for a Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Early Christmas Present-call Automotive Luxury and we’ll provide the car if you can get the tickets!

Thank you to our good client, who are behind the show’s production, for their generosity.
