If you prefer a driver (for language reasons, car preferences, or any other reason)- just let one of our reservation staff know-and if at all possible that driver will be assigned to you and added to your account preferences.

By the same token, if you’re not keen on a driver, again for whatever reason, just tell us-you won’t have that driver again.
