What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made by phone within 24-48 hours of the pickup time for all specialty equipment and prior to 1 hour of the scheduled departure time for sedans.

Cancellations via email or fax will be accepted if transmitted prior to the 24-48 hour period, (whichever applies) before the pickup time.

When canceling a reservation, please ask for the cancellation number. This will insure that no charges will be made to your account.

In the event you do not to contact our office, you may be subject to a “No Show” charge.

Revisions to your pickup time must be made before the vehicle is dispatched to the location, normally one hour prior to the original scheduled time.
